Our School

Welcome to Valley Center High School!

Valley Center High School is a comprehensive high school with membership in the Kansas State High School Activities Association and the Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League. We will strive to put students first whether it is through our multitude of athletics and activities or in the classroom. Our students will have every opportunity to succeed inside and outside of our walls.  
 
There is pride in Valley Center. You feel it from the moment you step into it. The goal that will not change is taking that pride and living up to our name.  We will be a "Center" that is focused on excellence in education, innovative instruction, and outstanding programs.  

The new administrative team of Eric Flaton, Kim Baldwin, Kristen Allen, Chad Wilmott, and Kent Hipp are here to assist you with whatever questions or needs that you may have. Our dedicated staff from our custodians to our new teachers are here in our common mission of student success.  

We ask that our students take advantage of that same pride. Our expectations are for them to show up, on time, every day. If they can do that, then we can guide them on their first steps in SOARing into a positive future.
