The focus of this pathway is to equip students with the foundational knowledge, technical skills, and real-world experiences needed for continued education and future careers in design, production, and technical service industries. Through hands-on learning and industry-aligned instruction, students explore how ideas are developed, built, maintained, and improved across a wide range of professional fields.

Programs include Certified Medication Aide, Phlebotomy, Surgical Technician, Emergency Medical Technician, Patient Care Technician, Practical Nurse, Vet Nurse. Frequently there are prerequisite classes, test scores, and age requirements.

This program is unique in that there are only four spots for HS students, with priority given to USD259 Wichita Public Schools. Additionally, it requires that students dedicate four semesters (half days each semester), starting with the junior year. USD262 will provide transportation, or the students may drive themselves.
